|
Molar Mass | 379.37 |
In vitro study | Pseudocoptisine (0, 60, 90 μM; 1 hour) dose-dependently inhibited LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells. Pseudocoptisine (30-90 μM; 1 hour; RAW264.7 cells) significantly reduces the LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-6 production and their mRNA expressions. Pseudocoptisine acetate reduces levels of the pro-inflammatory mediators, such as, iNOS, COX-2, TNF-alpha, and IL-6 through the inhibition of NF-kappaB activation via the suppression of ERK and p38 phosphorylation in RAW 264.7 cells. |
In vivo study | The anti-amnesic activities of Pseudocoptisine in mice on the learning and memory impairments induced by scopolamine (1.0 mg/kg, i.p.) are examined. Pseudocoptisine (2.0 mg/kg, p.o.) significantly reverses cognitive impairments in mice by passive avoidance test. |
Pseudocoptisine acetate - Introduction
Iocoptisine acetate is a kind of natural compound, which belongs to isosan alkali. It is mainly found in plants such as Acacia (Sophora japonica).
Properties: Isoclavic acid ester is a colorless to light yellow crystalline solid, soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform and ethyl acetate, almost insoluble in water.
Uses: Isoorheic acid ester has a variety of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-tumor, antibacterial and other effects. Therefore, it is widely used in the field of medicine and health care products. For example, it can be used to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, reduce blood sugar, and antibacterial.
Preparation method: There are many ways to prepare isosorotatory saponin Ester, the most common of which is extracted from plants such as locust. The extraction process typically includes the steps of Herb grinding, solvent soaking, extract filtration, solvent extraction, and solvent evaporation.
Safety information: At present, the toxicity and safety of isosorotin are less known. Studies have shown that it is not significantly toxic to animals at certain doses. However, as an active compound, attention should also be paid to follow the appropriate dosage and method of use to ensure safety. At the same time, in the use or storage of ISO-angle alkali acid ester should pay attention to prevent its contact with oxygen, light and high temperature and other harmful factors, to prevent its degradation or failure. In order to ensure the safety of use, it is recommended to use under the guidance of professionals.
